Light, fresh, sweet and beautiful – the iconic sparkling Moscato of Italy
This wine has won one of the most prestigious titles of “Two Glasses” and was included in the 2020 edition of “Italian wine bible” by Gambero Rosso. Volo Di Farfalle means “flight of the butterfly”– an apt name for this light, sweet and fresh wine. It is made from hand-selected grapes: the best bunches are chosen and hand-picked at the start of September. The fresh juice is then cooled to near-freezing temperatures to stop fermentation. When needed, small portions are de-frosted. The wine is produced in small batches to ensure it always has the most desirable, fresh flavours. Utterly delicious, it’s the perfect drink for enjoying with friends and family.
Tasting notes: Medium-sweet with pronounced aromas of mountain flowers, wild herbs and yellow apple. Small, persistent bubbles add a touch of spritz.
Awards: “Two Glasses” award, Gambero Rosso (2018 vintage) | James Suckling, 90 points (2016 vintage)

HelenaM –
This wine is a lovely smooth but quite complex with floral notes. Seemed to please white wine drinkers across the range of tastes: from Sauvignon Blanc to Chardonnay. My personal white wine favourite at the moment.
