Both the wine, made by Kurtatsch, and the artisan truffles, crafted by Iain Burnett, are award-winning. Iain has chosen each Velvet Truffle® to emphasise and complement the different textures and flavours which often go unnoticed in this outstanding Alto Adige Pinot Noir Riserva wine.
Each Velvet Truffle® is delicately covered in a paper-thin layer of chocolate before being decorated with colourful and intricate cocoa butter designs. The chocolates have won 40 prestigious awards including the Academy of Chocolate Awards Gold and the Great Taste Awards Triple Gold.

The blackcurrants in this zesty ruby chocolate ganache are an excellent supporting match for the zesty acidity of this ruby wine, highlighting forest fruit notes and allows the aromatic finish to linger.
Dark Velvet Truffle
Palet d’Or fresh cream truffle of intense São Tomé flavours
This complex dark chocolate has similar red fruit notes, but it is the woody oak finish of the cocoa which highlights the more delicate cedar wood of the wine.
