A refined single vintage Prosecco with aromas of acacia flowers, citrus and apples. Decanter Bronze Medal winner
A multiple award-winner, this “Founder’s Cuvée” is a dry, light-bodied and low-alcohol Prosecco Superiore made from single-vintage Glera grapes. The hilly area of Valdobbiadene, located sixty kilometres north of Venice, is known to be home to top-quality Prosecco. Its climate is influenced by cool breezes from the Dolomite Alps, and grapes preserve zesty acidity and vibrant aromas.
This Cuvée del Fondatore Dry Prosecco has a pale lemon colour. In the glass, it offers lovely aromas of acacia flowers, green apple, lime and pineapple, with a sweet undertone of peardop candy. On the palate it is refreshing and dry, with a lightweight body and tiny bubbles.

Just ordered by second half case. A gorgeous prosecco with tiny bubbles which make it feel like velvet in your mouth. Not too dry and delicate flavours make this perfect easy drinking. I usually buy Sainsbury’s finest prosecco or m&s and after trying this I wouldn’t touch either with a barge pole.

Lovely bubbly, light but rich, thoroughly recommend

Quite simply the best in my opinion!
The bubbles, the aroma and the pure decadence

My wife loves prosecco. We must have tried dozens over the years but she says this is easily the best
