Fresh and aromatic, the Ca’ Di Rajo Pinot Grigio is a beautifully fruity wine with flavours of mango, peach, orange blossom and citrus. It’s very refreshing and lightweight, with balanced acidity and a pronounced intensity of flavour. Prevailing notes of citrus and peach meet in the long, persistent and extremely pleasant finish.

Delightful citrusy refreshing wine. Was very enjoyable to drink on its own and was a delicious matching to my lemon and pea risotto.

Very very drinkable, unfortunately! Probably the nicest Pinot Grigio I have tasted. I’ll admit to not be a huge fan of Pinot but this one might just have converted me. Nice hint of peach and tropical character, enjoyed it with white fish.
