Paolo Demarie
Paolo and Aldo Demarie are third generation wine producers based in the Roero, Barolo and Barbaresco area. Their main vineyard is in Vezza d’Alba (Roero). The family also has vineyards in La Morra, Barolo, Neive and Barbaresco.
In addition to the official organic status, Demarie takes sustainability seriously, upgrading to a sustainable cellar in 2013. Eco-friendly features include solar panels, a biomass boiler and the use of recycled water throughout production. Demarie also produces highly acclaimed orange wine “Sabbia” from Piemonte’s signature white grape Arneis.
