Villa de Varda
Villa de Varda is a boutique distillery producing fine grappa aged in oak, acacia and cherry wood barrels. It was founded by the Dolzan family in the early 19th Century, and is still operated by the family to this day. It sits in the heart of the Trentino region, surrounded by the majestic peaks of the Dolomite mountains. The unique taste of Villa de Varda’s grappa is achieved by using only 100% fresh pomace from their own family-owned winery “Campo Maseri”. Villa de Varda also produces a delicious natural Amaretto liqueur from almonds hand-picked in the national parks of Trentino.
